None of us want to lead a life where it will be full of regrets about what we missed doing in life. Unlike a Netflix or a video game, we can not roll back and live the same life once again.

As the cartoon says, we should learn to live and enjoy every moment. Future is unpredictable. We should pop-out and pause before being drowned in the relentless pursuit of money, fame and power.
In the famous article “Top FIVE Regrets On The Deathbed” by Bronnie Ware, the top two regrets were “I wish I had not worked so hard.” And “I wish I had lived at my own terms and not what others expected of me.”
Notice that nobody had a regret which said “I wish I had worked harder” or “I wish I had made more money.” Interesting – because living a happy and joyful life is much more than just making money or working harder and harder.

I have put this as the No-1 Golden-Tip. Seva makes you humble, provides a sense of fulfillment and makes you see the world in a new light.
There are any number of opportunities for social service with NGOs for poor, for medical facilities and for social projects of all kinds. One can also do a Seva at a spiritual place like Gurudwara, Temple or Church.

The change in attitude towards self and others is the key to living a life without regrets. And nothing does that better than doing service or SEVA as a volunteer.
GOLDEN-TIP-2 : THROW A PARTY
There is no better way to breakout from your static life and humdrum routines. Throw a party and ask your friends to bring guests. This will extend your network and help develop happy relationships.
You can even start hosting regular parties co-hosted with a friend on all festivals, holidays or special events. You will be surprised on how It brightens your life.
GOLDEN-TIP-3 : TAKE A PLUNGE.

Just select two things that you would enjoy doing or that will benefit you. But it should be something that you can do regularly and a least twice per week. You could join a Yoga group, join a music hobby club, dance class or start playing cards with like minded people. Maybe Rummy, Poker or Bridge.
