Sutra-1 :  “Can Do” Attitude

Do not under estimate the power of Meditation and dismiss it as a fad. Meditating for even 15 minutes every day will transform your inner self and make you feel empowered to tackle daily challenges with great confidence and effectively. Well, that’s nothing but improvement in your willpower.

Sutra-3 : The Power Of The Sleep

You can not have willpower if you get no sleep. Willpower will get depleted and disappear just like when you get no food.  Mind and body need nourishment to function at full power. Sleep deprivation is one kind of chronic stress that affects how the brain and body use energy. Sleeping re-charges the body engine. When you sleep for somewhere around 6.5 hours to 7.5 hours, you have the energy to meet the challenges of life. Again, that’s willpower at work.

Sutra-4 : Physical Power Is Also Willpower

We all know that physical activity gives us more energy and improves our moods besides maintaining good health. But can the physical exercise also lead to more willpower and self-control ?

There is now enough evidence presented by social scientists that suggest that willpower certainly gets a boost from physical activity. A study by Oaten and Cheng established that regular physical activity boosted various parameters that need willpower eg improved eating habits, eliminating substance use and managing to control mindless spending.

Everybody already knows the multiple benefits of physical fitness.There is no need to be running marathons. Physical activity even for 10 minutes per day would be enough. You should start tomorrow.
