This Video is Part-II of “How to Boost Your Self Confidence”. I trust that you have worked on Sutra-1 given in Part-I. Today I will share the Sutra-2 which will complete your transformation to become a self confident person.
Get ready to become self-confident. Believe me when I say this that with rising self-confidence, within three months, you will become a different person altogether.
Now, going forward from Sutra-1 of Part-I, here is the Sutra-2. Personal Development. We all have heard this term ROI ie Return On Investment. Let me point out that there is no higher return on investment than when you invest in your own self. Here is what you have to do.step-by-step.
Step-1 : Pick out TWO “Personal-Growth-Goals” from the areas which you think will improve your personality and provide sense of achievement. This also could be taking up goals which will make you look more impressive to others Eg improve the art of conversation, speaking better English, losing weight, improve socializing, learning a new hobby etc etc.
Step-2: Next, List THREE activities for each Personal-Growth-Goal.
For example if you picked Art Of Conversation as a goal then your THREE activities could be “Activity-1. Pause before you speak Activity-2. Speak slowly Activity-3. Speak with a firm tone & so on. Now implement these activities in your daily life consciously.
You can get enough tips, Youtube tutorials and expert articles on Internet on the TWO Personal-Growth-Goals that you decided upon. Do these THREE activities of each Goal on a regular basis to make progress towards personal growth.
Step-3: And finally, fix a day for review. On a fixed day every week sit down for 2-minutes and review as to what you did in that week by going over that chart. This sit down review is the crucial part and as important as doing the activities itself.
Let me summarize for you once again both the Sutras for boosting your self confidence.
Sutra-1 : Do the 2-Minute Daily Routine for 15 days Without Missing a single day. Repeat if you miss even one day.
Sutra-2: Take up Two Personal-Growth-Goals. List THREE activities for each Goal. Then practice on these activities regularly. Do a review of both the goals for 2-minutes every week.
