We always admire people like a quietly confident sportsperson or the radiant confidence of a successful business leader, sports person, a military hero or an Actor. Or look at it the other way. All the people we admire most, one common quality that we notice is that they appear very confident.

In fact, many times, we would be thinking that although we have the same abilities but the people we admire just seem to have more self confidence. Self confidence can be defined as a realistic faith and firm conviction in our own abilities and judgment. But self-confidence is also about balance. If you are under-confident, you will avoid taking risks and stretching yourself.

And if you are over-confident, you may take on too much risk, stretch yourself beyond your capabilities and crash badly.

• Do it for 15-days WITHOUT missing a single day. If you miss a day, start again till you can do it for 15-days without missing a single day.
